Our Family Story
A few years ago, Dan never imagined running a wedding car business, but everything changed in 2021 when his father, who shared his love for classic cars, passed away unexpectedly. In their final days together, Dan searched for a particular Bentley – an Arnage – that his father had always admired. He reached out online, hoping to find a kind soul willing to bring their treasured Bentley to the family home so his father could see and enjoy it.
When Dan not only found the exact car but also discovered that its owner – and by extension, Azure – was based just a few roads away, he could hardly believe his luck. From that moment, fate and dreams became intertwined. A few months after his father’s passing, the owner decided to sell his fleet, including the Bentley, along with the company. The rest, as they say, is history.
Today, Azure Wedding Cars is more than a business – it is a tribute to family, legacy, and the enduring beauty of classic cars. We are passionate about sharing these stunning vehicles with every couple, ensuring their wedding day is as extraordinary as the cars themselves. Each journey is a privilege, and we are honoured to play a part in making your day unforgettable.

Dan is the heart and soul of Azure Wedding Cars. As Principal Chauffeur, he brings his passion for classic cars and family values to every journey. His background in music and piano teaching may seem unrelated to wedding cars, but both require precision and attention to detail. The same qualities that shaped his music career now ensure that every vehicle – and every moment of your wedding day – is handled with care and consideration.
When he is not behind the wheel or working in the garage, Dan enjoys spending time with his family and friends, cycling, and playing video games. Known for his fun-loving spirit and quick wit, Dan is always ready for a chat and a laugh during your ride. He will keep things light, but if you prefer quiet moments to enjoy the journey, he knows exactly when to give you space.
Did you know?
Dan is fluent in German and loves to travel. He is also a fan of board games, escape rooms, and cherishing life’s quieter moments with family and friends. His dream? To add a Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow to the Azure fleet to continue its legacy of timeless elegance.
Ben Goodrum
Associate Chauffeur
With a background also in music and piano tuition, Ben brings a unique perspective to his role as Associate Chauffeur at Azure Wedding Cars. Outside of a love for music, he also runs an emotional fitness coaching business, using his skills to help others find balance and peace in their lives.
On your wedding day, Ben’s calm and tranquil nature ensures you can enjoy every moment without stress. He has a knack for reading the room, offering just the right amount of conversation when you need it, while also allowing for peaceful moments of reflection. He is a loyal and dedicated member of the family, always ready to provide a steady presence and a helping hand.

Ben enjoys unwinding with the family cat and relaxing with a good book. He is also known for crafting creative social media reels for Azure. His calming presence ensures your wedding day is stress-free and memorable.

Associate Chauffeur
Desirée brings a unique warmth and kindness to Azure Wedding Cars, making her an essential part of the team. Her sunny disposition and generous spirit instantly put couples at ease, ensuring they feel relaxed and comfortable as they plan their special day.
As Dan and Ben’s Mum, Desirée is deeply involved in the family business. After your initial enquiry with Dan, she is often the next person you will meet. Desirée enjoys showing couples the cars at the garage, hearing about their vision for the day, and explaining how Azure can help make that vision come to life.
Her attention to detail and caring nature shine through in every conversation, and she is always ready to offer advice and support.

Desirée, a former nurse, is busier than ever in her retirement. When she is not helping clients with their wedding plans, she enjoys long walks with the dog and relaxing with her cross-stitch projects.
